What is important when entering foreign markets?

As your company grows and wants to expand into foreign markets or if it is combining facilities into more centralized markets, the question arises, "Where should I locate?" and "How do I go about this?"  Many questions surface; therefore partnering with the right resources can make a world of difference with the ease of set-up and ultimately the success of your venture.

Our panel discussion includes professionals from investment agencies in Saarland, Germany and Quebec, Canada along with an international attorney.  They will highlight effective strategies companies have utilized, including sharing success stories along with cautioning against the pitfalls that exist.

Participants will learn what is important in entering foreign markets, become smarter about the challenges faced when doing so, and discover whether partnership in another country is right for them.

Learn from our panel:

  • What are the top five pitfalls that should be avoided when selecting a location for a company's facility or headquarters in another country?
  • What kind of support should a company expect from the local government?
  • What are the first steps a company should do after deciding on expansion?
  • What are the legal aspects for consideration upon locating a facility in Europe?  In Canada?
What are the pros and cons of partnering with a firm in another country?
  • Plus more..
